Hosted by the Ministry of Land & Resources, Tianjin Municipal People’s Government and China Mining Association, CHINA MINING Congress and Expo 2015 will be held at Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center in Tianjin on Oct.20^th - 23^rd , 2015.

Since first held in 1999, CHINA MINING Congress and Expo has been annually held for 16 years. The Ministry of Land & Resources and Tianjin Municipal People’s Government have successfully co-hosted CHINA MINING for six years since 2009. Based on the data statistics from 2004 to 2014, the number of delegates attending the event has increased from 1,000 in 2004 to more than 8,000 in 2014, while that of exhibition booths (converted into standard booths) has increased from 100 to 1,800 correspondingly. The extending scope has enabled CHINA MINING playing more and more influential role in the global mining industry. CHINA MINING 2015 will be the seventh time held in Tianjin.

With 16-year development, CHINA MINING has been included among the world’s top mining events. It covers the whole value chain, including geological survey, exploration & development, mining rights trading, mining investment and financing, smelting and processing, technique and equipment, mining services, etc.. CHINA MINING plays a critical role in creating more communication and co-operation opportunities for domestic and international industry communities.

CHINA MINING Congress & Expo consists of three parts – conferences, exhibition and coherent featured events.

During the conference, government officials, industry leaders and experts from both Chinese and foreign mining industries have in-depth dialogues on questions related with the mining industry. The topics cover keynote session supported by the world’s leading experts, mining ministers forum, geological survey directors forum, mining development summit forum and many breakout sessions including mining policies and financing, geological survey, prospecting & exploration and development, mineral commodities, mining sustainability, etc. and country (region) investment project shows and more.

The exhibition includes China Land and Resources area, mining countries (regions) pavilions area, projects matchmaking show area and special construction area. Moreover, the 10^th session of CHINA MINING International Equipment Show held at the same time devotes to the most influential and professional mining equipment exhibition for the relevant manufacturers and purchasers from home and abroad. CHINA MINING is intent on boosting the co-operation in fields like exploration, development, investment, equipment, and technologies.
