The scheme of CHINA MINING 2013 was determined
The reporter learned that，the 15th CHINA MINING Congress and Expo 2013 (CHINA MINING 2013) has been approved by the State Council and will be held at Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center in Tianjin on Nov.2-5,2013．According to the consultation between the Ministry of Land and Resources (MLR) and Tianjin Municipal People’s Government，the scheme of CHINA MINING 2013 was determined．
The theme of CHINA MINING 2013 is Opportunity，Challenge and Development．Mining industry in domestic and abroad should be accurate to the situation，grasp the important opportunities of adjustment on macroeconomic structure and transformation and upgrade of the mining，strengthen confidence and meet the challenge，during the period of the global economy is recovering slowly and pressure on the mining situation continues to increase，and Mining industry should strengthen exchanges and cooperation actively in the field of mining，explore new mining development power and space，make efforts to promote long-term sustained macroeconomic growth and international mining industry mutually beneficial and win-win development．
There will be several featured points in CHINA MINING 2013．Firstly，the Chile Embassy will be one of the international co-organizer．Secondly，the conference will promulgate the best award evaluating method in which will change the award name”International Cooperation Award of CHINA MINING”into”The best Award of CHINA MINING Congress”，and will expand the scope of awards．Thirdly，the conference includes China-invested enterprises，foreign-owned enterprises and Sino-foreign joint ventures which engage in the mineral resources exploration and development at domestic and overseas，and ensure society as the main part of judgement. Forthly，the conference plans to set up a review committee at China Mining Association;moreover，there will have two methods to declare award，one is self-declaration，another is recommending candidates in limiting the number by China Mining Association．Fifthly，CHINA MINING 2013 will adjust the layout of ”Awards Dinner”．
In addition，the meeting time will be earlier than last year，and the new time will be last Saturday in October．
